Now All We Need is the Baby...

Brian and I finished Faith's room this weekend. Not that she'll be sleeping in it anytime soon, but the nesting instinct took over and I couldn't resist. I keep hearing stories of babies that showed up on ultrasound as girls turninig out to be boys... based on this room that will be one feminine boy! Let's hope the docs have been right.

After all the apprehension of adding this unplanned third baby, I had an acquaintance say the nicest thing to me yesterday. I was at a wedding shower and one of the women there told me that she believes that the "little spirits" choose the family they want to be with. The woman told me that this baby must have looked down from above and said, "That's one cool family. I want to be a part of that!". Faith Wilder... we are so glad you chose us and we can't wait to meet you.

I go into the hospital on Tuesday morning and the surgery is scheduled for 9:00AM. Wish us luck- and send us your prayers- for a safe delivery and healthy baby.
