One of Ten Thousand

After spending most of yesterday indoors, we decided to spend today at the lake. It was beautiful and everyone had a great time swimming, building sand castles, soaking Auntie Sue to the bone (the only one of us NOT in a swimsuit) and playing on the playground. With 7 kids the refrain every few minutes was, "Where's KidX?" or "Uh-oh, where did Kid Y go???". Luckily we arrived home with all of them.

Besides the lake and mall, the highlight activity of the visit here has been the Wii. Jake loves the
sports games- especially tennis and baseball. I have to admit.... it IS pretty cool. Brian and I had a competition last night and tried out all sorts of the games, including trivia (I got my butt kicked like usual but we laughed a lot!).

Tomorrow is Auntie Sue's b'day so we are celebrating with chocolate donuts for breakfast (her favorite) then we hit the road around 9AM. Our first stop is Bismarck, ND. (I know you are all jealous of our metropolitan lifestyle!). With any luck we will be there by 5PM.
