G Diapers

In a "better late than never" effort to cut down on the number of diapers we put into landfill- and in our continuing quest to lessen our carbon footprint- we started using flushable/biodegradable diapers this week. For those of you with children of diaper age, I highly recommend them. They are easy to use, easy to flush -and you can even compost them if you want. There is some controversy over the flushing (amount of water used) vs. landfill. But since there is no way I am going to use cloth diapers, this is good middle ground.
